This is a recreation of the fantastic parallax scroll effect from Kevin Hou's website, using Framer. It's a great project for highlighting how easy it is to manipulate scroll speeds in Framer.

This effect makes use of the super easy-to-use scroll speed effect in Framer.

Essentially, we split the scene into multiple depth layers, then apply different scroll speeds to these layers to imitate a 3D-like environment.

Did you notice the clouds coming in from the sides? The little details.

Oh and by the way I used the smooth scroll component for the smooth scroll on the website.
