Things I've achieved with Framer University
After playing around with Framer for 5 months, I decided to launch Framer University.
My goal was to create the #1 place for people to learn Framer.
In February 2023, the Framer team sent me some goodies. This started a wave of creators in the community getting merch packs.
Even though I said in my first tweet that I'd release my first YouTube tutorial next week, I ended up waiting 4 months to publish it.
I wanted to make sure the videos would be great, so during those 4 months, I posted multiple mini tutorial videos on Twitter to practice.
After 5 months of grinding out helpful content for the Framer community every single day, the Framer team honored my efforts and announced me as their first official Framer mentor.
For the first 8 months, I only had a simple one-pager website where people could sign up for the Framer University waitlist.
In August 2023, I finally released the hub, where I can collect all the resources and tutorials I share with the Framer community.
Out of nowhere, the Framer team sent me this "Framer Legend Pin," which absolutely blew my mind. I'm really proud of this one since I don't know anyone else who has it.
I got monetized on YouTube after posting Framer tutorials consistently for 5+ months. I could finally start making some money from this project.
Four months after launching the Framer University website, I already had over 100 resources that anyone could search for, completely free.
After building Framer University from my 14-inch MacBook Air for 15+ months, I finally pulled the trigger and got my dream setup so I can take the grind to another level.
