This is a ticker scroll component that lets you create infinite scrolling animation in Framer. Just connect your frames to the component, set your scroll direction and speed, and watch as your content flows endlessly across the screen.
This component is really similar to the built-in ticker component in Framer. The difference is that the connected frames won't have this looping movement animation on autoplay - they'll only move when you scroll on the website.

As you can see in the image above, the component is fully customizable. Feel free to connect components with hover effects to it, change the speed, direction of movement, and more.
I optimized the component for touch devices so that it switches to auto-movement on them.
